Valuable and Much-Needed Podcast
As a white person who is constantly striving to be a better ally, I am thrilled to have this podcast at my disposal. I honestly can’t believe no one has thought to make this before: the struggles that WOC face in the workplace in particular are not talked about enough. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a platform specifically designed to address that facet of the non-white experience in the western world. Joi clearly has a strong background in this, too, which makes her uniquely suited to running said platform. I have a feeling this podcast will reach an ethnically, socially, and economically diverse audience from all walks of life.
