“As a white person who is constantly striving to be a better ally, I am thrilled to have this podcast at my disposal. I honestly can’t believe no one has thought to make this before: the struggles that WOC face in the workplace in particular are not talked about enough. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a platform specifically designed to address that facet of the non-white experience in the western world. Joi clearly has a strong background in this, too, which makes her uniquely suited to running said platform. I especially like that it’s not just designed for the corporate world; it’s simply a safe place for a wide range of experiences and roles in the workforce. I have a feeling this podcast will reach an ethnically, socially, and economically diverse audience from all walks of life.”

“The host does a great job of letting the guest tell their story, but not letting things get too side tracked. And the guest give amazing feedback that’s equally insightful and entertaining.
Plus, all of this is in palatable episode timing that doesn’t feel draining to listening to. Great podcast!”
