89. Easter with Alexander John Shaia
It was through attending an online course by Alexander John Shaia (which I was so thankful to be able to do) that I came to meet Glenn Siepert as he was part of the admin of the course and subsequent ongoing learning community that I came to listen to this podcast and then so many other of his podcasts … I am faithfully making my way through all of them and a quote from Shaia here, in this episode, that « He came to roll away the stone from our hearts », seems to capture what Glenn is passionately trying to help us all experience as we wander about in and out of « Church-land » seeking God within our hearts, rather than out there or up there somewhere … too often it seems not to have been so well taught to us through traditional old and too tired dogma that we were spoon fed and digested without much deep inner reflection or curiosity … I am thankful for learning from so many wisdom-ous people, from ancient times and present times … 🙏 … and I give thanks for Glenn and his friends 🍓for enriching my ever and always walk back home to God 🔅

Such an awesome podcast. Dr. Glenn’s work offers sound knowledge, hopeful encouragement, and wonderful guests. Definitely one of my weekly favorites and a safe space to truly come as you are.

Glenn is a fantastic speaker. I’m an addict of conversations about our faith and Glenn brings a tone and heart to each episode. I just finished with the episode on The Gospel and I love what I’m hearing. Context, history, scripture. Listen to this one on a regular basis.
