One and done, I’m hooked!
I can foresee that some people may get offended and think that this podcast is “making excuses for serial killers” but it is not at all like that. The main speaker does a great job of staying neutral and informative whilst maintaining an authentic personality and is not monotone or super enthusiastic (which in my personal opinion can make or break a podcast for me).I personally believe that a lot of serial killers come from a background that is littered with abuse and trauma, this podcast is perfect for someone trying to make the connections between “cause and effect”, and although this is not true in 100% of cases, it is an underlying theme in the majority of them.

The intro told the story in summary. I would have preferred to hear about the crimes first and the police hunt to catch the killer and then how they got their man. Decent pod in terms of substance, but the number and length of ads is just crazy. Especially the length of them. Completely destroys the listening experience
