Perfect
I’ve found that as you listen to more casts (I don’t know if that’s a thing yet but seriously can we just drop the “pod” now?) you end up listening to more casts that will invariably recommend more casts to you. And then there is seriously just not enough time in the day anymore to listen to all the greatness. Long form, short form, whatever form. It seems like in the daily news zone, Mary and The Slate team really did the research and consideration and found a wonderful format to keep you informed, keep it daily, keep it at a length we can fit in all the listening we do, and most importantly, and somewhat miraculously, bring us up close with some really brilliant voices on today’s topics. You don’t feel shorted by the format. You end up saying “How did she do that?!” Hope the show gets the attention it deserves!
