“I had to stop listening for one simple reason. I find the (numerous) telephone segments overdone and too often cruel. There just isn’t much that is funny about trying the patience and goodwill of someone (who more often than not is working a difficult minimum wage job) with his shtick when the over-worked mark is not in on the joke. It is just sad.”
