I’m a history nerd and absolutely love history podcasts (all of my peers at work, and my partner, are forever listening to self improvement and other more ‘useful’ podcasts… but history has always been my joy! I particularly enjoy long form / in depth ones - aka Dan Carlin. WDF is absolutely brilliant! I stumbled across it by accident but my god I’m glad I did.You couldn’t ask for more ‘in depth’ than this, but also entertaining (credit to Zack for narration style as well as the awesome content)…. And very calming (probably the accent). Truth be told I actually use it as my sleep podcast. But for all the right reasons.
