i haven’t slept well in probably a month and i have talked to my chiropractor and have tried using melatonin and it just makes me feel awful when i wake up. i put on one of these episodes and i was out in ten minutes. i literally took a three hour nap and it was the best sleep of my lifffeeeeee.👏ten 👏out 👏of 👏ten 👏WOULD 👏recommend👏

I started listening to this podcast at night to sleep. It has really helped with my anxiety. The best part is that is 12 hrs so I don’t have to worry about advertisements.
