Painful
Every episode mentions ratings, reviews, haters. Each episode has anecdotes that display their wealth. It’s incredibly unrelatable and wreaks of insecurity. Galey said she tracked down several haters? Kendall told Galey to give her the name of a girl from high school that disliked her and they ride at midnight? They’re pushing 40yrs old advertising as a mental health podcast but it’s just stories about designer bags and clogged toilets and how many professional athletes Galey has slept with (5 episodes in and she mentioned 4 so far) and how both their love languages are words of affirmation so they just really need validation. Makes sense why they started a podcast and began it by telling people to only leave positive reviews. Unhinged privilege that lacks self awareness.

I just want to say I love you both. You are so fun to follow on social. The one thing I would recommend personally is that you don’t talk over each other. I know this was the first episode and you’re both probably super excited, but that was the one thing I noticed.

Lots and lots of psychobabble. If you are struggling please seek professional help.

This show is so so good and such an important conversation about mental health. They do such a great job of mixing mental health with fun entertaining stories. You will laugh and cry and then laugh again but most importantly feel better after listening.
