Recently he released a book called “A History of the World in 10 Dinners” and we talked about a couple of the most horrifying ones including one called The Dinner From Hell and one that includes a mythic creature from the Tudor era. Jay told me how he fell in love with horror and why he appreciates movies like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Cannibal Holocaust.
