When you finally accept and admit it to yourself, tour family and your friends.
A friend of mine has been trying to send me tour podcast for quite some time as she allows me to confide with her and tries to help as she’s been through this but I just could never accept it. This time she sent me tour most recent one, and it fit. Everything you said was pretty much my weekend. My weekend when I had enough and stood up for myself. Put my foot down and held my boundaries. You see, I’ve been going through “the cycle” about every 2-3 days and for quite some time. I felt happy to finally admit I needed help and had lost myself while trying to love and care for someone who I love and lived with who refuses to admit their addiction. Unfortunately this resulted in them leaving me without saying a word as I had spoken facts and told them how their actions were making me feel. At this moment I feel completely broken yet so happy and satisfied my friend sent it to me. I loved every second of it and felt like you were talking directly to me as if you knew me. She deserves the most love and gratitude for sending you onto me. If she’s reading this she knows it’s her. So thank you. And thank you for speaking to me and I graciously wait for the next release. Btw.. today is only day 2. Wish me luck.
