“I grew up watching the wiggles, and when I had my daughter last year, I immediately thought we have to watch the wiggles. Not knowing how much the cast had changed and not knowing the educational background I was very excited to show my daughter. About a month or two ago I found the hot potato documentary on Amazon prime. That changed the world for me. I have an educational background in early childhood development and was a preschool teacher for 10+ years when I had my daughter I decided to be a stay at home mom. I was really worried about the things on TV what she would learn and what she would watch. I am so happy we chose the wiggles. Knowing that there’s preschool background and childhood development theory behind every video makes me so excited. Then I found out you guys had a podcast!? Every Monday I deep clean the house and listening to the wiggles podcast has become a part of my Monday routine, my daughter plays around and listens to all the The Wiggles songs we sing and dance throughout the house while I listen to this podcast. I have never felt so heard and validated as I do listening to this podcast. It’s like listening to my best friends. There’s no judgment no shame just honest help from honest people who have gone through the same thing. It has changed a lot for me it helps me reflect and think back on every decision I make and on everything that I’m doing and how I can be better for my daughter. I know this is a very long review but if you’re reading until the end, I hope you feel the same that I do. The wiggles is not just for my daughter and for some silly fun songs to dance and sing with. It’s also for mommy and daddy, me and my husband. It’s for us to learn how to compromise and how to understand what’s going on in her little brain. Just the fact that you guys sat down to make some thing for not just your little audience, but for their parents is magical. I am so happy to have the wiggles as a part of our life.”
