I enjoy listening to the podcast. Always entertaining and interesting.
Throughout the years, I have met you twice out of the multiple times I have went to your live shows. The first time was at lollapalooza in 2003 (Detroit). My friend and I made a joke t-shirt for you that said “Jesus is my homeboy” and you grinned and pointed at your tattoo on your right arm.
The last time I met you, was in Lansing at connexions comedy club in 2014. Your energy was so positive and infectious. In comparison to 2003. Don’t get me wrong, it was still cool to meet you and watch your show in 2003, but I could definitely feel the negative cloud surrounding you back then.
Anyways, I wanted to let you know, your dedication to improvement within yourself is astounding and something to be proud of. Keep it up! I will be listening and when able to, catching a show.”
