Interesting but not what is aims to be
This is a strange podcast, set up with the vibe of a mystery, but with no real question at the center. S&R are fascinating, but the narrative of the actual podcast is strange, repetitive, and sounds like it’s building up to something that it isn’t. I will continue listening for the interviews and glimpses into the lives of two really fascinating people with a deeply intimate lifelong partnership that defies norms, but I’m not impressed with the show’s implication that there was more to the infamous tiger attack, only for that narrative to sort of simmer and dissolve. It feels like the podcast gets in the way of a better story, and the central question about Siegfried and Roy definitely isn’t ‘why did a tiger attack Roy.’

App played an already listened to episode up next. An episode 2 ahead of where I am up to has been marked played. I don’t like the show enough to work out where I am at.
