So frustrating
I had high hopes for this podcast, but couldn’t get past episode 6. It’s quite repulsive how everything can be made political nowadays. They are analyzing books from a girls loose memory from the last 1860-1890’s criticizing it through today’s cultural lens. The fact that they would divorce Pa for moving across states with young children was enough for me to want to stop listening. Their opinions and reviews are hidden behind the guise of woke liberalism. And quite frankly I won’t take criticism of my county and it’s history lightly from a Canadian of all people.

Thankfully, this podcast came along and I now have something to look forward to in my podcast feed again! So far I’ve learnt something every...Read full review »
