Great podcast but want more!
I had the experience of reading these books as a child and then as an adult which was very different. There are at least a few more podcasts to mine out of this. Would have loved one or two on almanzo and his family, more on Laura’s siblings Carrie and Grace and of course Mary. Also more of a deep dive into Charles and Caroline’s backstories. I agree there is a lot of problematic storylines in these books but these extremely problematic things did happen, and Laura’s account, though biased and distorted, is still valuable. I can only end by saying “poor ma”.

I, too, have the Little House stories woven into my DNA. I feel so connected as I listen to this podcast. So many interesting details and I appreciate the input from all the sources. I can’t wait for the next episodes! Thank you for putting this series together!
