Not just inspiring, but educational
This podcast has become an important part of my art practice. I listen to it as I paint and I’m entertained and inspired by the insightful stories - coaxed by Margo’s thoughtful, warm interview style. In particular, the discussion with Emily McDowell was a revelation. Since we closed our brick-and-mortar store last year and became a solely online and wholesale business, I’ve been wondering if going smaller would end up being the right choice, or if we should try to expand again in the aftertimes. But listening to Emily it seems like it absolutely is, and I shouldn’t take for granted the time and freedom this move has given us back. Her examples of diminishing returns blew my mind!

More reviews of Windowsill Chats
Just listened to my first windowsill chats with editor Jane Dagmi. I found it informative, uplifting and just what I needed to hear as an artist on this rainy day. Margo does a wonderful job, I highly recommend this podcast and am looking forward to hearing more.

This was a fabulous interview and a fun peek inside the wondrous world of August Wren aka Jennifer Orkin Lewis! Her daily share on IG always brings brilliant artwork and color inspiration. Thank you Margo and Jennifer :)

What Margo brings to the creative table is a real gem in the podcast world! Listening to all different types of creatives gives me the inspiration and drive to continue in this field. Illustration can have many challenges , but knowing you aren’t alone is definitely uplifting!
