“So I knew Matt Gourley only from a guest shot on HDTGM, but liked him a lot on that episode. Paul Rust I knew from “Love”, which I really enjoyed as well. I was very intrigued by them as podcast co-hosts, and I fell madly in love with the earlier incarnations of this podcast in 2018 and 2019. Not only did I find it genuinely hilarious, their love of these films was palpable. Plus, it was an added heartwarming bonus to hear a friendship develop in real time.
And now... they are back! And this time it’s personal. Well, not personal, but enhanced. This is no short-term miniseries, no! The boys are out on their own and I hope this podcast goes on forever.”
