Brings it all right back!!
Although WKRP is an AM station, FM stations in t 1970’s were almost exactly like this. DJ’a spinning their own tunes with crazy on-air personalities. Granted, the behind the scenes stuff probably weren’t as zany, but that’s what made WKRP one of the funniest sit-com’s in TV history. This podcast is an absolutely FANtastic look back on “when radio was radio!”

I love that this couple is so dedicated. This is a tight show about the lowbrow humor targeted at a smart audience. One of the hosts draws from a deep history of working at radio stations which puts the WKRP story in a unique light.

I only recently found this podcast and have been binge listening. I was a 'KRP fan from back when it was first on and still rate it as one of my favorite shows. The hosts are so good at highlighting the key moments and providing all the inside baseball of 80s Rock radio and TV sitcoms.Read full review »

As a fan since the show’s debut in 1978, I thought I knew everything there was to know about WKRP. This podcast is fun and there’s always a nugget or two that I learn from it each week. Keep up the great work fellow babies!
