“When I couldn’t take any more true crime I turned to fiction podcasts, esp speculative fiction. So many of these podcasts have one or two strong elements – story, editing, etc – but woe.begone has it all. The voice actors are excellent and the writing is particularly strong.
Despite the occasional dark nature of the subject matter, the writing is witty (I’ve laughed aloud more than once) and even moving. I care about several of the characters.
I was bummed when I caught up with the release of new episodes and will become a supporter as soon as I can. In the meantime, play woe.begone – you won’t regret it.

“It’s kind of basic in that it’s just basically one guy and good but not elaborate editing. Story is brilliant and the concept is a lot of fun. One of the most engaging fiction podcasts I’ve heard in ages. Music is great 👍”
