Started out strong
I have never left a semi negative review before, but because of the length of this series I thought I should. It wasn’t difficult to get invested, this was a great story with a really good plot line and engaging characters. As the seasons progressed, it just became a little much. Temper tantrums by seasoned officers. Strange decisions made by characters that made no sense other than to force continuation of the story. ( SPOILER) Humans able to control (clearly powerful) aliens and then murder them? The “bad guys” were a little ridiculously smug and the constant and continuous gains and subsequent failures of the “good guys” became predictable and frustrating. I finished it because I had to know how things finally wrapped up, but honestly it could have been a season shorter and much more enjoyable.
