Ep. 210 Make Space for Who You Are Becoming
Listen now
Description
Making space for the next version of you can sometimes feel daunting. Primarily because to become someone new we have to be willing to let go of the current version of ourselves. It's hard to hold up that mirror and take accountability for negative thinking, toxic behaviors, unhealthy routines and bad habits. And no matter how hard it can be to change remaining the same keeps you stuck and prevents you from stepping into your fullest and greatest potential.  In this week's episode, I talk about making space for who you are becoming by honoring your past, giving yourself grace and letting go of everything that no longer serves you even if it scares you.
