It can be difficult to break away from the safety of our own personal comfort zones, but it's essential if we want to grow and achieve our full potential in life. By recognizing when we are being held back by our own fear or self-imposed limitations, we can start taking steps towards getting outside of our own personal bubbles and embracing new and exciting challenges. Breaking free from your comfort zone can be scary, but stepping outside of your comfort zone forces you to confront your fears head-on and learn how to cope with them. This means that over time you will become more confident in yourself and better equipped to handle challenging situations when they arise.
