Black-and-Chestnut Eagle
Ingredients
2 oz Pisco
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar
Angostura Bitters
Directions
1. Fill shaker with Pisco, juice, and nectar
2. Shake Shake Shake
3. Strain into glass with fresh ice
4. Top with a few dashes of bitters
