Life-Changing and Re-Affirming
Suzy is the best friend I never knew I had. She brings a pleasant tone, words of wisdom, practical intelligence & humor to otherwise bland days. I am 52, lost my oldest son 2 years ago. Before my son died I was an aspiring author, 30 lbs lighter and had what I considered to be pretty happy life. Everything changed after his death, I stopped writing, lost my sense of self and what really matters. Now, Suzy is NOT a grief counselor. Her podcast is about being your best self during midlife and she taught me that, no matter what your circumstance, a woman needs to focus on being her best self. Her practical advice and wisdom are things you can actually apply and put into practice! I listen to Suzy while running (am up to 4 miles a day), restarted her podcast from episode 1 so I don’t miss a thing, AND I returned to writing “my passion project.” Thank you Suzy. I owe you so much. Your 20 min chats have made a world of difference.
