Latriska Small is the Principal and Broker of Equity Heart Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, where she oversees the company's strategic and asset management functions.  Throughout her 25-plus-year career, she has served Landlords by managing and leasing offices, medical offices, and retail properties.  Two of the largest REITs have recognized her as a leading operations manager.  In March 2022, Latriska launched Equity Heart to change the landscape of commercial real estate by increasing the percentage of black investors.  She studied construction science management at Tuskegee University and obtained her formal real estate education at Champions School of Real Estate.
