“Granted, there are a lot of woodworking/ shop talking podcasts out there, some decent, some ok, a few mildly entertaining, but at the end of the day it’s all just talk about wood which typically descends into bulls**t in the realest sense of the word.
This podcast however, while occasionally the friendly banter is in that vein, the bull is not the focus nor the entertainment value that the podcast provides, instead Erik, Paul, and Mary pose and tackle thought provoking questions that challenge the listener to think deeper about design, life, making, and it’s role in our lives as individuals and in culture as a whole.
I don’t think I can speak highly enough about how enjoyable this podcast is to listen to and how refreshingly substantive it is in comparison to other popular podcasts in the world today 😂 Keep up the good work!”
