“As one who is clear that one’s words creates our reality—and that the quality of the words (the quality of one’s thinking) creates what’s possible, I saw little in the Firing Line conversation that forwarded possibility of understanding and even better, generating actionable solutions. Indeed, the discussion centered more around trying to scatter blame than surface and dissect the faulty underlying assumptions that BOTH parties make. This appears a fundamental error for a program entitled words matter. There is too much evidence of duality (either/or) thinking that limits the program’s value.”
