Funny Insightful Podcast with Great Ads!
I heard Adam Grant speak for the first time at a nonprofit event at Wharton. Following him on Linkedin, I have been consistently inspired by his research. Recently, I heard him speak at a synagogue in DC and finished reading The Originals while job-hunting and after the passing of my grandfather and a beloved family pet. His work with Sheryl Sandberg about resilience helped me through this time. As a longtime Adam Grant devotee, I was so excited to listen to this podcast and the first 2 episodes were fantastic! The unique advertising format is really intriguing—I don’t wear men’s clothes, but learning about Bonobos’s customer service ethos was interesting. Understanding about how The Daily Show writing room operates with Trevor Noah at the helm was fascinating! I look forward to new episodes in the weeks to come!!!

Super insightful podcast with real people. Nice and short episodes too so you get the point and actual listen to it.
