Good podcast
Good points: 1) Interesting thought and good case study. I like the point being made about diversity pushes group performance and the author’s logic. This model has been establishing by many top universities from the Ivy league to the Russel group. 2) Bustiness. New word for me. 3) 10000 hours together in a team to build good products. Good tips for entrepreneurs want to build their all team. It would not be practical in cooperation companies. Improvement: 1) Only 1 case study as an example, we need more to prove a point. 2) Lack of practical points. No action plan. Could have used better example to illustrate the point (example in diversity like I mentioned above)

I came across this show accidentally through a posting on LinkedIn, and am so glad I did. These are ideas that apply to much more than the workplace.
