Description
Joe Heskett was a four-time NCAA Division I All-American and a 2002 NCAA champion at Iowa State University under coach Bobby Douglas. In 2007, Heskett was on the path to the Olympics after finishing fifth in the World at the 2007 World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan. Five days later his life changed.
On Episode 52 of the World Wrestling Resource Podcast, Heskett talks about his upbringing, wrestling and a life-altering cardiac arrest that nearly killed him. Ten years later, after coaching jobs and a career in athletic administration, Heskett is working on his company, hLeadership and working to build leaders in all walks of life.
