Julio Torres has never let other people measure his success. Plus, Mo shares a poem of Julio's that they've held for ten years. Julio Torres is an Emmy-nominated, Peabody-winning, and WGA-winning writer, director and comedian from El Salvador. . Most recently, he wrote, directed, executive produced and starred in HBO’s Fantasmas. You also know him from projects like his directorial feature film debut Problemista, Los Espookys, and Saturday Night Live. . His first standup special My Favorite Shapes was released on HBO in 2019… and before that, Julio performed it at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival!
