“There are many phenomenal podcasts out there dedicated to the art of writing fiction, and if i had to narrow it down to just one that every aspiring writer should listen to, this would be it. The hosts are informative, witty, knowledgeable and a joy to listen to. You can hear the passion and enthusiasm in their voice when they discuss the weekly writing topic. Not to mention that they are all very fine authors themselves, Brandon Sanderson himself being a tremendous success in mainstream fantasy and science-fiction. I have learned much from this podcast, and I continue to do so. My will would not be complete without Writing Excuses. If you were interested in writing or are an aspiring author yourself, do yourself a favor and subscribe and listen to this wonderful podcast.”

“I’ve listened to all the episodes twice. Not only are they informative, but I find so much inspiration as the presenters talk. Their collective experience is awesome, and the guest panelists always add to the mix. One day I want to get on one of the cruises!!”
