Join Carol with her Guest Cheri Caddick as they discuss 5 Great Questions Potential Writers Should Ask Themselves.   Cheri Caddick (formerly, Cheri L. R. Taylor) holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Writing from Vermont College and was a writing instructor at Macomb College for 8 years.  She has facilitated writing workshops with the Arts in the Spirit Program at Oakwood Hospital and as a Writer in Residence with the Inside Out Literary Arts Project conducting writing workshops in the Detroit Public Schools. She has four chapbooks of poetry and has been published in literary journals and anthologies Her book of poems, Wolf Maiden Moon, A Tale in Thirteen Poems was released from Pudding House Press in 2010. In 2014, she released her first novel, Leaving Walloon to positive reviews. Her second novel Falling Down Girl was released in 2015, and the first sequel, Falling Down Girlfriend is due for release this year.   Cheri is the recipient of a 2007 RARE Foundation Everyday Heroes Award for her work in dedication to the healing potential of expressive writing community settings and was awarded a 2009 Ragdale Foundation Artist’s Residency. Cheri works as a writing coach, and as a communications specialist, helping business owners find their voice and connect to their best customer base.   Cheri is available for speaking engagements, workshops, and coaching and mentoring.
