Judging by the first four episodes, guests are relevant, present well thought out opinions and avoid relying on dumbed-down tropes to substantiate their positions. Guests have been representative of both right-leaning and left-leaning philosophies (from the American political center), or have discussed international topics.

In the Senator Scott interview, the argument was that FDR didn’t try to prepare America for WWII. FDR had to circumvent the GOP isolationists who were content to let Hitler have a free hand.
