The rules of engagement are important.
A podcast that requires the intro episode to be called ‘Rules of Engagement’ is setting our the Ts&Cs of listening, especially, as I am, if you are from the 6 Counties of Northern Ireland. Mills and Harvey have informed, challenged, adjusted my understanding of a number of event, and (so far - episode 6) even when I have heckled an interviewee, I have also been challenged to reflect on the post Brexit 4 nations UK.

Not bad as an overview of the history but ultimately it has a pretty clear unionist bias. The guy from the republic literally called himself an Anglophile snd it’s produced by the bbc so what can you expect, but still I have to say I cringed when the deaths of British horses got as much emotional...Read full review »
