I am currently an active practitioner of Bikram yoga. I came upon this podcast and love it. I currently use it as my morning meditation & practice. It is perfect for this due to its time length per episode & prescibed concentration (legs, hips, etc.). Chaz gives you excellent instruction that is difficult to gain in a typical community-based session. I must add that he truly exemplifies the yoga philosophy by providing such a free service to enlighten the community on the benefits of daily yoga practice.

This is really good. The first time I tried Chaz' podcast of yoga against anxiety I instantly felt much more calm. I've made it my daily rutine now and feel geat. I also follow the ab program and highly recomend it! Wish my instructors were as good and easy going as Chaz.Read full review »

I have done a little yoga before and wanted to do some excercise on holiday, Chaz's sessions mix easy to reach positions, which can challenge later, in bite sized chunks. I downloaded 4 and did one a day to maintain flexibility, great to do facing a beach, with a days lazing before or behind you.
