Good content and very useful
This is great for people who want to know more and practice some yoga either at home, business trips, vacations, whatever. Detailed explanations and instructions that are not too difficult so that the beginner can gradually build flexibility. Just don't overstretch yourself or you'll not be able to do some yoga for some time.

This is a great podcast for anyone who wants a little yoga. I love to follow along in the morning or even in my cubicle at lunch. Most aren't too intense, but it's just enough to get the benefits. Chaz seems to really know what he's doing. It's the best one I've found!
