Excellent chat, hoping loads of folks listen! I’m 65 years old ran since 12 stopped at 50(body said no more) started walking regularly, and yoga added qigong and lifting free weights and doing impact exercises determined to stay strong and flexible and pain free! Didn’t start menopause until 57 so had a long 46 years of natural hormone protection, thrilled beyond words to see an end to monthly periods, chose not to do hormone therapy, but so happy it’s now available to women again. Clinical pharmacist recently retired living this menoposse of female docs who are changing the way women age!!! Thank you!
