As a menopausal woman with a complete hysterectomy , I appreciate all this information. As my hysterectomy was required quite quickly, because of a prolapse, I have regrets and still some questions. For instance, what are your thoughts on pelvic muscle trainers, like Pelviline. Or how do you keep your pelvic floor in shape. What exercises should I do? Etc. Again thanks for all your help
