“Wow! If you are planning your first Camino like I am, then run, don’t walk, to your favorite podcast player and subscribe, then binge this show hosted by Nancy Reynolds. Nancy is a veteran of many Caminos, and a guide for first-time pilgrims. I’m a fan of many other excellent Camino podcasts, but You On The Camino is unique because it focuses on the needs and experiences of first-time pilgrims, and it could not be better at this. There are two kinds of episodes: instructional explanations of all things a pilgrim must know to plan and prepare for walking, and first-person interviews with pilgrims who are about to walk their first Camino. There are even some follow up episodes with previous pilgrim guests after they completed their walk. Both kinds of episodes are full of helpful advice by Nancy. Her website supplements the podcasts with many informative pages. The sound design is excellent, and the episodes are concise and not too long. There are no ads or long intros that delay getting to the main topic. This is an outstanding podcast, and I highly recommend it.”
