Surprisingly, Surreal Life focused a great deal on mental health and wellness. YBT and Lyndsay talk addiction and recovery, anxiety/other mental health conditions, self-esteem and misophonia/sonophobia (fear of sounds and noises). YBT shares psycho-educational information about grounding and the 4-7-8 breathing trick for panic and anxiety.
