It is also a great forum for brainstorming and learning from colleagues.  Research shows that grooming talent benefits the company -Companies that invest and develop technological talent, get more innovation from employees and are able to adapt better to changes in the market. It doesn’t just influence the company but the whole industry. Managing people was not part of the plan - Lalit explains that he didn’t want to manage people.
