A fantastic resource for anyone with a desire to improve their financial situation
I’m a pharmacist who came out of school with a modest $80K in debt and have made many financial mistakes over the past 7 years: married my wife who came with the same amount of student loan debt 😉, put student loans in forbearance during 2 yrs of residency & didn’t even pay the accumulating interest, bought a new car, racked up almost $20K in credit card debt, bought a house, bought another new car, lost my wife’s income due to having our wonderful little girl, supported my wife to start her own business, and so on). Our net worth is currently negative $340K. Over the past year, I finally started feeling like I was drowning in debt because we were living paycheck to paycheck, despite a very good salary. So I had heard about the 7-Figure Pharmacist book by Tim & Tim and decided to give it a read. From there I joined the YFP Facebook group and subsequently started listening to their Podcast. With these fantastic resources, it has started a fire within me and given me a clear path to tackling my debt. We now have a strict budget going forward, have close to 1 month salary of an emergency fund saved up and plan to start tackling our student loans within the next few months. I would still be paralyzed by indecision if it wasn’t for Tim, Tim, & Tim! Thank you guys!
