“In the episode discussing how to prevent separation anxiety, the host suggests letting the puppy cry it out in the crate as an appropriate training method. This is NOT the advice a qualified, positive trainer would give. A puppy crying for extended periods of time is a sign of distress. Letting this go on and on only creates a negative association with being in the crate. Really disappointed as I was so excited to find a podcast specifically about puppies. And the fact that the description says that the host is a positive trainer made me assume this would be a great podcast.
As a qualified trainer myself, I do not recommend this podcast.”
