“御姐愛的podcast 也是我第一個聽poscast的節目。 一邊運動的時候一邊聽。一邊讓生活靈感在腦中流動。之前有一陣子沒有更新，還覺得怎麼了。
御姐愛的分享，例如新聞又或者時事，都有著自己的見解。有著自己的溫度。跟之前在電視媒體上的御姐愛，更讓人親近。
也因為這樣自己也開始做一個poscast的頻道。雖然podcast不是很好推廣。但還是持續學習。”
