I live in a small town in Texas. Needless to say, access to spritual nourishment like Zencast saves my sanity. It truly is my lifeline and I am forever grateful.

Easier to understand than probably any other Buddhist Podcast. Check out zencast.org for listings of major topic podcasts. Mainly deals with Zen (which is non-religious!) but also touches on other traditions. A great place to start for the layperson wanting to learn a little bit about Buddhism.

Gil who is one of the main speakers on these podcast seem to know and be a good mediator between the thousands of old and new voices of Buddhism in both the East and West.
