Great content- but stop the music
Zencast has compiled some great speakers, and a terrific comprehensive resource for talks on Buddhism, its practices and theories. Having said that, each lecture is proceeded with some of the most outrageously stupid ear piercing hair pulling music medleys anyone can even imagine. Think mock alien voices overlaying cheap disco midis made by an chimpanzee... actually thats may make it sound remotely charming... which it is definitively NOT. Each piece is more horrid than the last. In addition it can go on for UP TO 15 MINUTES. This is a plea to the producers to cut the music out. It is detracting immeasurably from the content of the podcasts. Unless you are really, really trying to test our Buddhist patience.
