“Easier to understand than probably any other Buddhist Podcast. Check out zencast.org for listings of major topic podcasts. Mainly deals with Zen (which is non-religious!) but also touches on other traditions. A great place to start for the layperson wanting to learn a little bit about Buddhism.”
