Not terrible, but...
While this trio clearly has a great relationship and rapport with one another, the seriousness and dismissiveness with which they treat the ridiculousness of DCOMs (“This happens, because script.” etc) isn’t quite as fun as if they leaned into the absurdity and reveled in it. A better example of a DCOM podcast that has so much more fun with the topics at hand is Mom Can’t Cook, in which the hosts just delight in how bizarre these late 90s/early aughties curiosities are. And the seven degrees of Armageddon bit was funny at first, but really went on well beyond the joke being funny. Otherwise the hosts are pleasant, and even if they often miss the humor right in front of them they find it in one another.

I love calling my mom each week to see if we are both done listening to this podcast each week! Love Max, Allen, and Molly’s lighthearted chemistry. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been watching Molly on YouTube for years… this sounds creepy, sorry! She is lovely and so are Alan and Max. They have a lot of chemistry and appear to have so much fun talking about this nostalgic movies. As a Disney adult with no kids, the podcast feels like a cool weekly hang with friends.
