Great investigation! One question thats been bugging me… Why would Jim go to all the trouble of going missing from work? Either for a new life or suicide….He could have just jumped in his car at any stage without leaving any evidence behind…. This might sound far fetched, but could he have been gathering information about the Steel mill or its practices on behalf of someone blackmailing him? Or as a spy for another country? Perhaps he found that dream job at last and was then pressured into doing something he didn’t want to do for that new company…realising too late that he couldnt get out of the situation. That could have been responsible for his high levels of stress. Clearly whatever was worrying him,put him right outside his comfort zone. Whatever he had to do, had to be done at the worksite obviously, otherwise, why put himself through the whole stressful situation? Perhaps he did go out into the grounds of the mill with ‘something’ to pass on to someone and then hoped to go back into the factory like everything was normal. Aside from the cow manure on his trousers. And at that moment realised what he’d done and couldn’t live with his actions and then ran away. While standing at the locker room door maybe he had already shaved off his moustache so he’d be less recognisable to everyone in the plant too. Oh it is so frustrating…….great job Ryan, got the old brain working overtime…

All seasons have that “edge of your seat” feeling as they unfold. Very thoughtful and respectful attitudes toward witnesses. Bravo!

Listened to Everest trip first. This is compelling if a bit slow for me and showcases a great investigative story but it only made me feel sad. Poor Jordan, RIP.

The content is very interesting but the background sound needs to be edited out. Listening to series three, and the section with the actor speaking the mother’s statement is horrendous. She sounds far too young, and does not have the correct accent. But by far the worst part is the ridiculous...Read full review »
